【摘要】 目的探讨间变性脑膜瘤的MRI表现及相关临床特征,提高特殊类型脑膜瘤的认识水平。方法回顾性分析27例经手术和病理证实的间变性脑膜瘤的MRI和相关临床资料。MRI检查行常规轴位SE T1WI和FSE T2WI序列,Gd-DTPA增强扫描包括轴位和冠状位SE T1WI序列。结果 27例患者共检出44个瘤体,肿瘤多发生于大脑凸面和大脑镰旁,形态规则或不规则,多为实质肿块,可多发、囊变,囊腔大小不等,直径大于2.5 cm的瘤体周围水肿较明显。肿瘤实质T1WI为等或稍低信号,T2WI呈等或稍高信号,增强扫描均匀强化,"硬脑膜尾"征多见,可呈结节状。结论间变性脑膜瘤有一定的影像学特征,MRI能明显肿瘤的部位、数目、内部结构和周邻关系,有助于制定合理的治疗方案和评估预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) features of anaplastic meningiomas,and to improve the understanding of special meningioma.Methods MRI findings and clinical date of 27 cases of anaplastic meningiomas proved by operation and pathology were reviewed retrospectively.The MRI scans were performed applying SE sequence on T1WI and FSE on T2WI axial plane.All the cases were performed Gd-DTPA enhanced MR imagings.Results A total of 44 tumors were detected,most of which located on cerebral convexity or the cerebral falx,with regular or irregular shapes.Substantial parties presented as homogeneous iso-or slightly hyposignal intensity both on T1WI and T2WI,enhanced remarkable after Gd-DTPA injection.The occurrence of dural tail sign was higher in big tumors.Conclusion Anaplastic meningioma has some typical MRI features.MRI can display the location,intracranial necrosis and extent of tumors clearly,which is helpful for planning treatment and evaluating prognosis.更多还原
