【摘要】 目的了解从化农村地区哮喘及过敏性疾病的患病情况。方法采用国际间哮喘儿童哮喘及其他过敏性疾病的对比研究(ISAAC),问卷调查方案,调查从化5841名13～14岁儿童患病情况。结果从化地区哮喘病史和近期喘息患病率为3.4%和1.6%,工业区为4.4%和2.1%,显著高于非工业区的2.3%和1.1%(P<0.01)。近期过敏性鼻炎和湿疹症状患病率分别为26.5%和2.1%,工业区为31.5%和2.7%,显著高于非工业区的21.4%和1.5%(P<0.01)。结论从化农村地区哮喘和过敏性疾病患病率较低,工业区患病率显著高于非工业区。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the prevalence of asthma and related allergic diseases in Chonghua rural areas.Methods A total of 5 841 adolescents aged 13～14 years old were recruited for study using the International Study Asthma and Allergies in Childhood(ISAAC) protocol.Results The prevalence of doctor-diagnosis-asthma and wheeze in the past year were 3.2% and 1.6%,respectively.The prevalence of those in the industrial district were 4.4% and 2.1%,which were significantly higher than 2.3% and 1.1% respectively in nonindustrial distric(tP<0.01).The prevalence of allergic rhinitis and eczema in the past year were 26.5% and 2.1%,respectively,the prevalence of those in industrial district were 31.5% and 2.7%,which were significantly higher than 21.4% and 1.5% respectively in nonindustrial district(P<0.01).Conclusion Compared with that in industrial distinct,the prevalence of asthma and related allergic diseases were low in Conghua rural area.更多还原
