【摘要】 目的观察SLIPA喉罩在小儿静吸复合全麻中的安全性及可靠性。方法选取40例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级择期全麻下手术的患者随机分为SLIPA喉罩组(S组)和气管插管组(T组),每组20例。记录置入或拔出喉罩(或气管导管)前、置入或拔出喉罩(或气管导管)即刻及3min后HR、DBP、SBP。记录气管插管及喉罩的成功率。记录拔出喉罩或气管导管后口腔中是否有血迹,术后24h内是否出现咽痛。结果 T组置入或拔出喉罩(或气管导管)即刻及3min后DBP值明显高于S组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),T组HR、SBP值高于S组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。T组患儿插管成功率低于S组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T组拔出气管导管后口腔中有血迹以及术后出现咽痛患儿明显高于S组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SLIPA喉罩用于小儿静吸复合全麻,操作简便,应激反应小,通气满意,且咽喉部并发症少,安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the safety and reliability of SLIPA laryngeal mask in pediatric inhalation anesthesia.Methods 40 cases of ASAⅠ～Ⅱ elective surgery under general anesthesia were randomly divided into SLIPA LMA group(S group) and tracheal intubation group(T group),with 20 cases in each group.HR,DBP and SBP were recorded at Laryngeal mask insertion,or allocated(or tracheal tube),before laryngeal mask insertion or set aside(or tracheal tube) and immediately after 3min tracheal intubation.The success rate of LMA was also recorded.After laryngeal mask or endotracheal tube,whether oral blood,and sore throat within 24 h after surgery were exam-ined.Results Set aside of laryngeal mask insertion(or tracheal tube) and immediately after 3min DBP in T group were significantly higher than those in S group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),HR,SBP in T group was significantly higher than those in S group in particular,with significantly difference(P<0.01).Children with intubation success rate in T group was less than that in S group,with significantly difference(P<0.05).Set aside after the oral endotracheal tube in children with blood and postoperative sore throat in T group were signifi-cantly higher than those in S group,with significantly difference(P<0.05).Conclusion SLIPA laryngeal mask for inhalation anesthesia in children,was simple,safe and reliable,with less stress reaction,high ventilation satisfaction,and fewer complications in throat.更多还原
