【摘要】 目的回顾颏下岛状皮瓣修复口腔癌术后缺损的效果。方法 23例口腔癌根治术后组织缺损,采用颏下岛状皮瓣进行同期修复。结果颏下岛状皮瓣成功率为91.30%,患者的形态、功能基本正常。结论颏下岛状皮瓣操作简单,成活率高,损伤小,适合中小型口腔癌缺损的修复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze retrospectively the effect of submental island flap on repairing tissue defects after oral cancer ablation.Methods 23 cases undergoing oral cancer ablation were treated by submental island flap simultaneously to repair the tissue defects.Results The success rate was 91.3%,achieving normal appearance and function basically.Conclusion Submental island flap is feasible for repairing small or middle sized tissue defects after oral cancer ablation,with simple operation,high success rate,and less damage to patients.更多还原
