【摘要】 目的总结保留脾脏和脾血管的胰体尾切除术在胰体尾部病变中的应用体会。方法回顾性分析我院2000年至2009年行保留脾脏和脾血管的胰体尾切除术15例患者的临床资料。其中,良性肿瘤7例,恶性肿瘤2例,胰体尾损伤6例。结果本组15例均成功保留脾血管和脾脏,术后胰瘘1例,经保守治疗痊愈。根治性切除胰腺体尾癌2例,生存时间分别为48个月和53个月。结论保留脾血管和脾脏的胰体尾切除术是治疗胰体尾部病变的理想术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summary the application experience of distal pancreatectomy with spleen and the splenic vessels preservation in the lesions of pancreatic body and tail.Methods The clinical data of 15 cases of distal pancreatectomy with preservation of the spleen and splenic vessels from 2000 to 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Among them,there are 7 cases of benign tumors,2 cases of malignant tumors,6 cases of pancreatic injury.Results The distal pancreatectomy with spleen and the splenic vessels preservation was performed in all cases successfully.No post-operative complications were found except for pancreatic leakage occurring in one patient that was cured by conservative treatment.Radical resection of pancreatic body and tail carcinoma were performed in 2 cases,survival time was 48 and 53 months.Conclusion The distal pancreatectomy with spleen and the splenic vessels preservation is the ideal operative method for the treatment of the lesions in the body and tail of pancreas.更多还原
