【摘要】 目的探讨院前猝死患者早期复苏的最佳策略。方法回顾分析现场抢救猝死患者108例的临床资料。结果单纯胸外按压复苏组与气囊—面罩通气组的复苏成功率明显高于气管插管组(P<0.05)。结论持续的胸外按压对提高心肺复苏的成功率至关重要,应尽量减少因试图气管插管等呼吸支持措施而中止心脏体外按压。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the best recovery methods of sudden death during first aid outside hospital.Methods The clinical data of rescuing 108 cases of sudden death from Nov.2003 to Jul.2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The successful rates of CPR in the chest compressions alone CPR group and the bag-mask ventilation group were significantly higher than that in translation intubation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous chest compression is essential to improve the success rate of CPR,and should try to minimize to stop the heart in vitro translation of press so as to use intubation and respiratory support measures.更多还原
