【摘要】 目的探讨地屈孕酮治疗黄体功能不全型先兆流产的临床疗效。方法选择208例因黄体功能不全所致的先兆流产的患者,按照随机原则分为治疗组和对照组各104例。分别采用地屈孕酮口服和黄体酮肌注治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组间治疗效果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论地屈孕酮用于因黄体功能不全所致的先兆流产的治疗疗效确切,值得临床进一步推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe clinical efficacy of bend progesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion caused by luteal phase defect.Methods 208 patients with threatened abortion caused by luteal phase defect were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with oral progesterone,and the control group with progesterone intramuscular.Results The clinical symptoms,signs and treatment were not significantly different between two groups.Conclusion Oral bend progesterone has precise effect in the treatment of l threatened abortion caused by luteal phase defect.更多还原
