【摘要】 目的探讨西安汉族人群中μ阿片受体基因(OPRM1)一号外显子基因多态性与海洛因依赖关联性。方法采用病例对照研究策略,分别对102名海洛因依赖者(海洛因依赖组)和103名健康对照者(健康对照组)的OPRM1基因一号外显子(exon1)进行测序分析,从测序结果中确定出存在于这一区域中的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)位点,并分析海洛因依赖者OPRM1受体基因一号外显子上的多态性位点与海洛因依赖的相关性。结果共鉴定出两个SNP位点,分别为rs1799971(A118G)和rs6912029(G172T),单位点关联分析显示两位点在两组之间的分布并不存在显著性差异;单体型分析两位点3种单体型均与海洛因依赖间无关联。结论 OPRM1基因一号外显子区域多态性位点与海洛因依赖无显著相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the polymorphisms of OPRM1 gene exon1 and investigate the relevance between these polymorphisms and heroin addiction.Methods Using the strategy of case-control and sequencing the OPRM1 gene exon1 of the 102 heroin abusers and 103 health controls to find out the potential SNP site of this area in Xi’an Han ethnic group and test the potential association between these polymorphisms and heroin addiction.Results Two SNP sites were identified.They were rs1799971(A118G) and rs6912029(G172T).The association based on both single locus and haplotypes showed no significance.Conclusion There is no significant relevance between the OPRM1 gene exon1 and the heroin abusing in Xi’an Han population.更多还原
