Sysmex UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪在浆膜腔积液细胞计数中的应用
Applications in serous effusion cell count using Sysmex UF-1000i urine sediment analyzer
【摘要】 目的探讨Sysmex UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪检测浆膜腔积液细胞数的可行性。方法使用Sysmex UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪和显微镜手工计数两种方法,检测123例患者浆膜腔积液细胞数并对两者的结果进行比较。结果两种检测浆膜腔积液细胞的方法中,白细胞数、上皮细胞数及非肉眼血性浆膜腔积液的红细胞数具有良好的一致性,两种方法比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而肉眼血性浆膜腔积液的红细胞数两种检测方法差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Sysmex UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪用于浆膜腔积液标本的细胞计数,简便快速、重复性好,可以替代显微镜计数法测定浆膜腔积液白细胞数、上皮细胞数和非肉眼血性标本的红细胞数,而肉眼血性浆膜腔积液的红细胞计数不能用Sysmex UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪检测。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the feasibility of serous effusion cell count using UF-1000i urine sediment analyzer.Methods Detected 123 cases of serous effusion cells of patients using UF-1000i urine sediment analyzer and compared results with the manual method.Results Two methods of detecting serous effusion illustrated a good agreement in white blood cell count,epithelial cell count and red blood cell count with naked eyes no bloody effusion(P>0.05);but red blood cell count with naked eyes bloody effusion illustrated significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Checking serous effusion specimens using UF-1000i urine sediment analyzer can replace microscopic counting methods in white blood cell count,epithelial cells count and red blood cell count with naked eyes no bloody effusion,but the naked eyes bloody serous effusion red blood cell count can not be used by UF-1000i urine sediment analyzer.
