【摘要】 目的介绍改良口鼻蝶入路显微手术治疗垂体腺瘤的经验及方法。方法对26例垂体腺瘤采用改良口鼻蝶入路显微手术切除肿瘤,术中只分离右侧鼻黏膜及保留软骨性鼻中隔。结果 15例全切,7例次全切,4例大部分切除,无死亡及病残发生。结论改良口鼻蝶入路既达到手术显露的目的,又能减少手术时间及剥离鼻黏膜造成的损伤,保留了鼻中隔,有效减少术后并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical curative effects of endovascular embolization for cerebral aneurysms.Methods 35 patients with intracranial aneurysms were embolized by electrolytic detachable microcoils in recently two years.Results Twenty-two patients achieved 100% occlusion,11 achieved 90%-99% occlusion,two achieved lower than 90% occlusion.Two cases hemorrhaged during the process of endovascular therapy.One patient re-bleeded six months postoperation.Conclusion Endovascular embolization has the excellence of microinvasive,safe,excellent curative effects in short-term.Balloon assisted embolization will improve the occlusion extent and lower the rate of complications,especially for wide necked aneurysms.更多还原
