【Abstract】 The general situation on the disaster of sea ice in the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea in the past 60 years are presented,and the main effects and hazards of sea ice to the marine economy of China are summarized and analyzed.Meanwhile,defense countermeasures and conceptions for preventing and reducing the sea-ice disasters are also suggested from the aspects of engineering and non-engineering defense.更多还原
