【摘要】 目的探讨慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)患者骨髓细胞染色体核型变化的意义。方法采用骨髓细胞短期培养法,应用R显带技术对CML患者进行骨髓染色体核型分析。结果 67例CML患者中62例检出费城染色体Ph,阳性率为92.5%,其中有12例除Ph阳性外还合并数目异常及结构异常。结论对CML患者进行细胞遗传学动态观察对病情进展及判断预后有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of bone marrow chromosome aberration in Chronic myelogenous leukemia(CML).Methods Chromosome specimens were prepared by short-term culture of bone marrow cells and karyotype.Analysis were carried out using R-banding techniques in CML.Results 67 patients,in which 62(92.5%)patients were Ph chromosome positive while 12(7.5%)patients were Ph chromosome negative,were investigated.The 12 cases not only Ph chromosome positive but also chromosome aberration.Conclusion Dynamic observation of cytogenetics in CML patients play an important role in the progression and prognosis of the disease.更多还原
