硒、钼、硼对氟中毒大鼠氟斑牙发生的影响

【摘要】 目的研究硒、钼、硼对氟中毒大鼠的氟斑牙发生的影响。方法 Wristar大鼠随机分为8组(雌雄各半):硒1组、硒2组、钼1组、钼2组、硼1组、硼2组、氟组、对照组。各组均喂以含Fˉ45mg/L的蒸馏水及含不同浓度微量元素的饲料,观察大鼠的一般情况,氟斑牙的发生。结果硒组体质量增加与对照组接近,优于钼组和硼组(P<0.05)。说明硒对动物的生长发育没有带来不利影响;实验结束时,硒组有3例无氟斑牙,与钼、硼组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05),表明硒可能有效地阻止氟斑牙的发生。结论在实验设计剂量下,硒、钼、硼可能具有拮抗氟中毒的作用,而硒作用更好并减少了氟斑牙的发生。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of selenium,molybdenum,and boron on occurrence of dental fluorosis in rats with chronic fluorosis.Methods 64 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 8 groups(the number either female or male was same in each group):selenium 1 group,selenium 2 group,molybdenum 1 group,molybdenum 1 group,boron 1 group,boron 2 group,fluoride group,control group.Every group were drinking fluoride(F ˉ)45mg / L of distilled water except control group.The fluoride and control group were fed normal fodder,the rest of six group were feeding with added different concentrations trace elements.Recorded the weight and the general condition of rats,examined dental fluorosis.Results The weight of selenium group is higher than that of the Mo group and B group.And same with control group.(P<0.05).Selenium on the growth of animals is not adversely affected.At the end of experiment,there are 3 rats without dental fluorosis in selenium group(P<0.05).Showed that selenium may be more effectively prevented the occurrence of dental fluorosis than Mo and B.Conclusion Under the experimental conditions,selenium,molybdenum,and boron may have antagonistic effects on fluoride poisoning.Selenium may play a more important role than molybdenum and boron,it can reduce the occurrence of dental fluorosis.
