【摘要】 目的探讨应用Ilizarov微创牵拉技术治疗创伤性马蹄足畸形的疗效。方法 2009年1月至2010年2月,应用Ilizarov微创牵拉技术治疗创伤性马蹄足患者6例,其中男5例,女1例;年龄6～39岁,平均21岁。遵循Ilizarov穿针固定的基本原则,术中将组装好的Ilizarov外固定器安装在患侧小腿和足部的相应位置。术后5～7 d开始以0.5～1 mm/d,4次/d的速度旋转踝关节前、后方的调节螺纹杆,使垂足畸形逐渐被牵拉达到或超过中立位后停止牵拉,并继续用牵拉器固定2个月以巩固疗效。结果 6例患者均获得随访,随访时间5～16个月,平均10.5个月,畸形足均获得满意矫正,能全足持重行走,功能良好,未发生针道感染、皮肤坏死、神经、血管损伤等并发症。结论微创牵拉技术治疗创伤性马蹄足畸形,具有安全、微创、疗效满意的优点,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the outcome of treatment of traumatic talipes equinus with the Ilizarov mini-invasive distraction techenique.Methods From January 2009 to February 2010,Ilizarove mini-invasive distr-action technique was used for treatment of traumatic talipes equinusin 6 patients which were 5 male and 1 female and aged from 6 years to 39 years with an average of 21 years.According to the principles of Ilizarov,Ilizarov external fixators were placed in relative position of the foot and leg during operation.Form 5-7 days after operation,distraction 0.5～1mm four times per day was conducted till the ankle was placed in neutral position and the deformity corrected satisfactorily,then,discontinued the distr-action and maintained the external fiation for another 2 months.Results All of the 6 patients were followed up from 5 months to 16 months.With an average of 10.5 months,all of deformities in the feet were corrected satisfactorily,full feet contacted with the ground in stand or walking and achieved with good function.No complication,such as pin tract infection,skin necrosis and neurovascular injury was occurred in this group.Conclusion Ilizarov Mini-invasive distraction technique for treatment of traumatic talipes equinus is safe,minimally invasive and effective method.It is recommended extensive application in clinic.更多还原
