【摘要】 目的:探讨安多明在糖尿病视网膜病变中的治疗效果。方法:番禺中心医院2009年1月至2010年12月糖尿病视网膜病变3～5期患者108人,完全随机分2组:治疗组(54例105眼,激光联合安多明治疗),对照组(54例102眼,激光治疗)。治疗前后行视力、眼底以及行荧光造影检查,根据视力检查标准以及荧光造影标准判定治疗效果进行统计学分析。结果:糖尿病视网膜病变3、4期患者,治疗组的有效率明显大于对照组(P<0.05);糖尿病视网膜病变5期患者,治疗组及对照组的有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:糖尿病视网膜病变1～4期患者可采用安多明或激光辅以安多明治疗,5期患者,安多明的治疗效果并不明显,激光及手术治疗尤为重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of calcium dobesilate capsules in treatment of diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods:108 DR patients(stages 3 to 5 lesions ),registered to Panyu Central Hospital between January 2009 and December 2010,were randomized into two groups:the treatment group(54 cases,105 eyes) to receive laser therapy and calcitan dobesilate capsules,and the control group(54 cases,102 eyes) to receive laser therapy alone.Before and after treatment,all patients underwent vision acuity test,funduscopy,and fluorescence fundus angiography(FFA).The data were analyzed using SPSS.10.0 software.Results:There was a significant difference in rate of treatment response between the treatment group and the control group for patients with stages 3 and 4 lesions(P<0.05),but not for those with stage 5 lesions(P>0.05).Conclusion:Calcitan dobesilate capsules can be effective in monotherapy or in combination with laser therapy for DA3-4 patients. However,the efficacy of calcium dobesilate capsules may not be conspicuous for DA5 patients,in whom laser therapy or surgery appears exclusively important.更多还原
