【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the value of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods:Transvaginal ultrasound was used in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.The ectopic pregnancy was proved by operation and pathology.Results:The direct visualization of ectopic pregnancy,nonspecific signs for ectopic pregnancy like fluid in the pouch of Douglas,thin endometrium,the thickness of endometrium,an intrauterine pseudogestation sac or corpus luteum formation were signs of ectopic pregnancy.Conclusion: Transvagihal ultrasound is effective in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.更多还原
