超快电子枪时间分辨率测量方法的理论研究
Theoretical Research on Time Resolution of the Ultra-fast Electron Gun
【摘要】 分析了处于扫描状态的超短脉冲电子束在超快电子枪中的传输特性;讨论并获得了一种特定配置的电子枪偏转电压对电子束偏转距离的影响并讨论了截获条件;分析了电子枪偏转电压对电子束到达荧光屏位置的偏转距离的影响,并得到了在扫描状态下电子束能够出现在直径30mm的荧光屏的有效范围内的条件.依据以上结论,分析了时间-空间转换测量法在测量fs量级的电子脉冲宽度时所遇到的新的难题,设计了一个调节效率较高的实验系统,以解决扫描斜坡电压信号和超快电子脉冲的同步.
【Abstract】 The transmission characteristic of the ultra-short electron beams was analyzed when the electron gun was in the scan state,the deflection voltage influence on the deflection distance was discussed in a specific configuration,and the interception condition was obtained for the electron beams to be appeared inside the effective area of the phosphor screen.A conclusion was drawn that the initial deflection voltage should be between +700~+1 140 volts.Based on those findings and conclusions,the measurement method named time-to-spatial transfer was discussed,with the finding that it is a very difficult work for the synchronization of the electron and the optical signals.A new experiment system was designed to settle the synchronization problem of the scan slope voltage and the electron pulse in the electron gun.
