高效液相色谱法测定蔬菜中8种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留

【摘要】 建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱柱后衍生荧光检测蔬菜中涕灭威亚砜,涕灭威砜,灭多威,三羟基克百威,涕灭威,克百威,甲萘威及异丙威等8种氨基甲酸脂类农药残留的分析方法。本文对测定氨基甲酸酯农药残留的分离条件,提取溶剂,洗脱溶剂,净化材料和基质效应进行了优化试验。结果显示,8种氨基甲酸脂类农药在0.1~1.0 mg/L的浓度范围内线性良好,线性相关系数为0.99943~0.99992,检出限为0.008~0.01 mg/kg之间。样品经乙腈提取,氨基小柱净化,采用基质加标,在0.1mg/kg添加水平的平均回收率为79.4%~119.0%,相对标准偏差2.5%~11.5%;0.2 mg/kg添加水平的平均回收率为81.2%~115.5%,相对标准偏差为2.8%~8.1%。此方法可适用于大白菜,辣椒,茄子,番茄,菠菜,苦瓜,结球甘蓝和豇豆等样品的氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的分析测定。

【Abstract】 A new method for the simultaneous determination of eight carbamate pesticides in Chinese cabbage,pepper,egg-plant,tomato,Chinese spinach,bitter gourd,cabbage and cowpea by high performance liquid chromatography was developed.Eight carbamate pesticides was extracted from the samples by acetonitrile,salted,purified with LC-NH2 column and determined by high performance liquid chromatography using post-column derivatization with fluorescence detector.The proposed methods showed a good linearity between analytical signal in the range of 0.1~1.0 mg/L with the linear correlation coefficients of 0.99943~0.99992 and limits of detection of 0.008~0.01 mg/kg.The average recoveries obtained from samples spiked with standards at concentration level 0.1 mg/kg and 0.2 mg/kg were in the range of 79.4%~119.0% and 81.2%~115.5%,respectively,with relative standard deviations of 2.5%~11.5% and 2.8%~8.1%,respectively.The method was accurate,reliable,and can be used for determination carbamate pesticides in vegetables.
