【摘要】 对红景天复合饮料的抗疲劳功能进行了研究。将小鼠按体重随机分为对照组和低、中、高剂量组。低、中、高三个剂量组分别灌胃给予130、260、390 mg/kg.d的红景天饮料,对照组给予蒸馏水。15 d后测定小鼠负重游泳时间及血乳酸、肝糖原、肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量等指标。结果表明,红景天复合饮料能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间,提高肝糖元的储备量,增强清除乳酸积累等,说明红景天复合饮料具有缓解疲劳的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study anti-fatigue function of rhodiola compound drink in mice.The mice were assigned randomly to control group,low dosage,middle dosage and high dosage experimental groups according to their body weights.The Rhodiola compound drink was administered in experimental groups at dosage of 130,260 and 390 mg/kg?d respectively.The control group was administered with distilled water.After15 days,swimming time,lactic acid hepatic glycogen and MDA content in liver tissue were assayed.Results showed that,compared with control group,rhodiola compound drink can significantly prolong swimming time,increase the reserves of hepatic glycogen,accelerate lactic-acid clearance rate of mice after swimming.Rhodiola compound drink has the function of alleviating physical fatigue.更多还原
