荞麦子叶期幼叶过氧化物酶同工酶研究

【摘要】 用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对荞麦属(Fagopyrum Mill)的甜荞(F. esculentum)和苦荞(F. tataricum)共19个不同收集系子叶期幼叶的过氧化物酶同工酶进行了研究。结果发现:过氧化物酶同工酶酶带共10条,其中甜荞有5条带,而苦荞为6条。酶带及聚类分析表明:甜荞和苦荞各收集系内的过氧化物酶同工酶酶带数无变化,但在酶带的深浅和宽窄等方面存在一定的差异,暗示甜荞和苦荞不同收集系间遗传变异较小。

【Abstract】 The peroxidase isozyme of 19 collections of F.esculentum and F.tataricum of genus Fagopyrum were studied by means of polyacrylamide gel eletrophoresis (PAGE).The results showed a total of ten bands of peroxidase isozyme.Among them F.esculentum has a total of five bands and F.tataricum six bands.Enzyme bands and cluster analysis showed that the band number of peroxidase isozymes of F.esculentum and F.tataricum within the respective accessions does not change,but the darkness and breadth of the enzyme bands are different within the different accessions,suggesting that there are smaller genetic variations in different collections between F.esculentum and F.tataricum.
