【Abstract】 In recent years,the problem of employment for graduates became a hot topic attracting much public concerns,which was mainly caused by the severe employment situation for graduates of university.Regarding to the current situation of employment problem for the graduates,the main potential reasons,namely innovation and practical ability of students,the key point to influent the employment was investigated.The introduction of practical teaching at various levels with its own characteristics,the current situation of the conducting of practical teaching,as well as the method to improve the employment competitiveness of graduates through carrying out the practical teaching in School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering,Xinyang Normal University were focused on.更多还原
