基于液晶取向改变的化学、生物传感技术的研究进展
Development of Study on Chemical and Biosensors Based on the Orientational Transition of Liquid Crystal
【摘要】 基于液晶取向改变的传感技术是一项新兴的生物化学检测技术,这种基于液晶取向变化的传感器的研究是具有极高的科研价值及现实意义的。有望将其开发成一种全新的、用日光等自然光做光源、目视检测、无需电源、可进行高灵敏度、高分辨率、现场快速检测的微型传感器。目前在化学和生物检测领域研究日益广泛。本文介绍了基于液晶取向改变的检测方法的机理,并对其在化学和生物检测方面的应用进行综述,简要分析了目前存在的问题并展望了液晶传感技术的发展方向及应用前景。
【Abstract】 Chemical sensors and biosensors based on the orientational transition of liquid crystal developed rapidly in the recent years by merit of its obviation of sample labeling,rapidness,high sensitivity and in-site detection.The detecting principle based on the orientational transition of liquid crystal was introduced and the applications were reviewed.Finally,current problems and prospects of the future researches on the sensor were proposed.
