成核聚丙烯的非等温结晶及熔融行为研究
Study of Non-isothermal Crystallization and Melting Characteristics of Nucleated Polypropylene
【摘要】 运用DSC手段研究了高耐热性成核PP的非等温结晶行为和熔融转变行为,用Jeziorny法对DSC数据进行处理,同时分析了成核PP熔融转变特性。研究表明:采用NA-11的成核PP的非等温结晶速率Zc比PP明显提高,n值较小。添加Phosphiteester或NA-11成核剂后,PP的熔融峰对称性变差,峰温时熔化程度较高,其耐热性能、拉伸强度及弯曲强度较好,维卡软化点温度由纯PP的99.5℃,分别提高到104℃和107.4℃,对应的拉伸强度较纯PP均提高约10%,弯曲强度提高约27%。成核PP的耐热性提高,与其能在较高温度下成核结晶有关。
【Abstract】 The kinetics of non-isothermal crystallization behavior and melting process of high heat resistant nucleated PP were studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).Jeziorny theories and a new self-written program were used to analysis the DSC results and the melting process of nucleated PP.The results showed that PP with the nucleating agent NA-11 exhibit higher crystallizing temperature and Zc data,faster crystallizing rate and more asymmetric DSC melting curve.The heat resistant temperature improved from 99.5 ℃ for purified PP to 108 ℃ for nucleated PP,and tensile strength and flexural strength enhanced 10% and 27%,respectively.
