优化永磁同步电动机磁路结构设计提高性能指标
Optimized Design on Magnetic Circuit Structure of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor to Improve Performance Indexes
【摘要】 提高稀土永磁同步电动机(REPMSM)性能的关键在于转子磁路结构的设计,由于转子磁路结构不对称引起d、q轴电抗参数不相等,是影响起动性能和稳定运行性能的主要因素,如果转子磁路结构设计得不合理,不但稳定运行性能差,严重情况无法将REPMSM牵入同步转速。文中通过优化转子磁路结构设计,利用MATLAB/SIMULINK平台建模仿真,结合样机的设计值与实测值进行比较,阐述了优化REPMSM磁路结构设计时提高性能的关键,其结果表明该研究的正确性,具有一定的工程实用性。
【Abstract】 To improve the performances of rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor(REPMSM),the key lies in the design of the rotor magnetic circuit structure.Because of the asymmetry of REPMSM rotor magnetic circuit structure,the d-axis inductance and q-axis inductance is not equal,which are the main factors that affect the starting performance and stable operating performance.If the magnetic circuit structure is designed unreasonable,not only poor performance of stable operation there will be,in serious situation,REPMSM can not be pulled into synchronous speed operation.In this paper,by optimizing the design of the rotor magnetic circuit structure,using MATLAB / SIMULINK platform to build simulate models,compare the design values with the measured values of REPMSM sample,describe that optimization design magnetic structure of REPMSM is the key to improve performance.The results prove the validity of the study and its engineering practicality.
