【摘要】 近年来城市高楼抛掷物致人损害的侵权案件屡见不鲜。对这类侵权事件的处理有必要予以重视。在明确高楼抛掷物致人损害的概念和性质之后,进一步对于高楼抛掷物致人损害的责任进行分析。现行遵循侵权责任法八十七条来解决此类问题存在明显的缺陷,现就此提出完善现行法律救济途径和设立高楼抛掷物侵权救济基金的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recently,with the acceleration of urbanization drive in China,the infringement cases of the damage inflicted by objects falling from high buildings are not rare.Therefore,it is necessary to pay more attention to the handling of such cases.Firstly,this paper makes clear the definition and nature of the damage resulting from the objects falling from high buildings.Then,it analyzes its liability,and finds the obvious deficiency of the handling of this case in accordance with Clause 87 of the Tort Liability Law.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions to perfect the process for current legal relief and to establish the tort relief fund for the damage by the objects falling from high buildings.更多还原
