【摘要】 目的探讨脑卒中与脂蛋白脂酶基因Ser447stop多态性的相关性。方法脑梗死患者87例,脑出血患者71例,对照组85例,采用聚合酶链反应和限制性片段长度多态性方法(PCR-RFLP法)检测脂蛋白脂酶基因Ser447stop多态性,测定血脂水平。结果对照组Ser447stop C等位基因为80.0%,G等位基因为20.0%;脑梗死组分别为93.1%、6.9%,脑出血组分别为90.14%、9.86%;脑梗死组、脑出血患者组G等位基因检出率较对照组低(P<0.05),CC基因型检出率高于对照组(P<0.05),CG基因型显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。脑梗死、脑出血患者组血清三酰甘油(TG)、LDL-c水平较对照组高(P<0.01);脑梗死、脑出血患者组血清Apo AⅠ、ApoB水平较对照组低(P<0.01)。结论脂蛋白脂酶基因Ser447stop多态性与脑卒中有一定关联,LPL Ser447stopG等位基因突变是脑卒中发病的一个保护性因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the association of lipoprotein lipase Ser447stop gene polymorphisms with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The lipoprotein lipase Ser447stop genotypes were detected by PCR-RFLP in 227 subjects(including 87 cerebral infarction patients and 71 cerebral hemorrhage patients and 85 controls).The serum levels of lipids and apolipoproteins were detected in all the subjects.Results The C allele in control group was 81.18%,G allele 18.82%;the C allele cerebral infarction group was 93.1%,G allele 6.9%;the C allele in cerebral hemorrhage group was 93.1%,G allele 6.9%;the ratio of G allele was significantly different among the three groups(P<0.05);The TG,LDL-c levels in cerebral infarction group and cerebral hemorrhage group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);and the ApoAⅠ,ApoB100 levels in cerebral infarction group and cerebral hemorrhage group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Lipoprotein lipase Ser447stop gene polymorphism is correlated with cerebral infarction,LPL Ser447stop G allele mutation is a protective factor for cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage.更多还原
