【摘要】 目的探讨头部皮肤软组织扩张术的疗效及并发症的防治。方法应用皮肤软组织扩张术治疗头部瘢痕性秃发及头皮肿物、先天性秃发等24例患者,根据具体情况选择扩张器的大小、数量、形状及埋置方法,Ⅱ期行皮瓣转移修复病损区域。结果 24例中除1例因严重感染切口裂开终止手术外,其余22例病损区域全部用皮瓣修复1,例大部分修复,随访半年以上,效果满意。结论皮肤软组织扩张术是治疗头部病损的一种简单易行、效果良好、易于推广的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of the head skin and soft tissue expansion on head soft Tissue injury,and the ways of preventing complications.Methods Twenty four cases of scalp cicatricial alopecia,head tumor,and congenital alopecia,expander were treated for skin and soft tissue expansion.The size,number,shape and embedded methods were determined according to the specific situation,lesions area were repair with secondary flap replacement.Results Of total 24 cases,1 case of termination due to severe infection incision surgery,22 cases with lesions of the regional were completely repaired with flap,1 case were repaired mainly.All of the cases were followed up more than half a year,and the effect was satisfactory.Conclusion Skin and soft tissue expansion is a good and easily extended methods in treatment of head lesions.更多还原
