【摘要】 目的:了解医学院校和普通高校学生对艾滋病相关知识知晓率的差异,为开展艾滋病健康教育提供依据。方法:采用整群抽样方法,在医学院随机抽取2个班共183名学生、普通高校随机抽取3个班共300名学生进行艾滋病相关知识问卷调查。结果:能正确写出艾滋病三大传播途径的医学院校学生数高于普通院校学生;在艾滋病相关知识知晓情况的调查中,艾滋病的传播途径回答正确率最高,艾滋病预防知识回答正确率最低,两院校学生对艾滋病的非传播途径回答正确率均较低;对艾滋病感染者和病人的态度方面,医学院校学生有53.6%的表示不歧视,高于普通院校的学生(χ2=9.670,P<0.05)。结论:医学院校学生对艾滋病相关知识的掌握程度高于普通院校,应进一步加强普通高校学生艾滋病的健康教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the difference of awareness rates of knowledge about AIDS between medical and non-medical students,and so as to get basic information for direction of AIDS health education.Methods: A questionnaire survey about AIDS related knowledge was carried out among 183 students in 2 classes of medical college and 300 students in 3 classes of general college.These students were selected with cluster sampling method.Results: The percentage of writing 3 routes of AIDS transmission correctly was higher in medical students than that in non-medical students.Among the related questions,the one that be most correctly answered was about AIDS transmission route,and the least correctly answered one was about AIDS prevention knowledge.Correct rates about non-transmission routes of AIDS were low in all the students of both colleges.In regards of the attitude to HIV/AIDS patients,53.6% medical students did not discriminate them.The rate was higher than that of non-medical students(χ2=9.67,P<0.05).Conclusions: The awareness rate of medical students to AIDS related knowledge is higher than that of non-medical students.It is necessary to strengthen health education among non-medical students.With the help of medical students’ medical knowledge and correct recognition of AIDS,the society can be promoted to join in the work of AIDS prevention and cure.更多还原
