电气石/TiO2复合材料光催化深度处理垃圾渗滤液研究
Study on advanced treatment of landfill leachate with tourmaline/TiO2 composite photocatalysts
【摘要】 采用电气石/TiO2复合光催化材料深度处理垃圾渗滤液,研究了反应时间、催化剂投加量、pH等因素对处理效果的影响。结果表明,在pH为8~9,光催化剂投加质量浓度为0.4 g/L,反应时间为150 min的条件下,垃圾渗滤液中COD、色度、Cu2+和Pb2+的去除率分别可达89%、100%、98%和99%,该技术在垃圾渗滤液的深层处理领域展示了良好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Tourmaline/TiO 2 composite photocatalysts have been used for treating landfill leachate.The effects of influential factors,such as reaction time,catalyst dosage,pH,etc.on the treatment efficiency are studied.The results show that when its pH is 8-9,mass concentration of tourmaline/TiO 2 composite photocatalysts 0.4 g/L,and reaction time 150 min,the removal rates of COD,Cu 2 + and Pb 2 + could be up to 89%,98% and 99%,respectively,and decolorization rate reaches 100%.Tourmaline/TiO 2 composite photocatalysts show a good application prospect in the field of advanced treatment of landfill leachate.
