【摘要】 目的研究应用甲硝唑局部和全身用药对预防拔牙后干槽症的疗效对比。方法分组对230例下颌第3磨牙拔牙术后进行甲硝唑局部和全身用药,观察术后发生干槽症的情况。结果术后口服甲硝唑片剂,干槽症发生几率为9.10%;术后创口局部置入甲硝唑粉剂,干槽症发生率2.50%。结论拔牙后创口局部用甲硝唑可以大大减少干槽症发生几率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of metronidazole treatment for prevention of local and systemic extraction After comparing the efficacy of dry socket. Methods Group of 230 cases of mandibular third molar extraction surgery for local and systemic metronidazole administration to observe the occurrence of dry socket after the case. Results After oral administration of metronidazole tablets,the incidence of dry socket is 9.10%,after local wound into the metronidazole powder,dry socket rate of 2.50%. Conclusion metronidazole topical wound after tooth extraction can greatly reduce the incidence of dry socket.更多还原
