【摘要】 目的对比分析经颅多普勒与脑电图检查偏头痛的临床价值及意义。方法笔者所在医院2008年1月～2010年6月共收治偏头痛患者50例,全部患者均行经颅彩色多普勒检测和脑电图检查,比较两种不同检查方法检测偏头痛的异常率。结果 50例偏头痛患者发作期的异常率70.0%,明显高于经EEG检查的异常率,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 TCD检测偏头痛患者可以显示其血流动力学状态,多表现为血流速度的增高、降低和不稳定及不对称,以流速增高为主,脑电图检查可以进行排除诊断,如排除痫性头痛等,但脑电图检查的异常率低于TCD检测,临床二者相结合,可以互相取长补短,为临床治疗偏头痛方案的选择提供进一步的指导依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Comparison of transcranial Doppler and EEG migraine clinical value and significance. Methods From January 2008-2010 June were treated in 50 patients with migraine,all patients via transcranial Doppler detection and electroencephalogram examination,comparing two different checks to detect the abnormal rate of migraine. Results 50 patients with migraine attack the abnormal rate of 70.0%,significantly higher than that by the abnormal rate of EEG examination, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01). Conclusion TCD detection of patients with migraine can display their hemodynamic status,more performance for the increased blood flow velocity,reduce and instability and asymmetry,the flow rate increased mainly EEG can be ruled out,the diagnosis is ruled out epilepsy headache,etc,but the EEG abnormality rate than TCD testing,clinical combination of both can complement each other,the program for clinical treatment of migraine provide further guidance on the choice of basis.更多还原
