【摘要】 目的探讨肺炎性假瘤的临床特点、诊断及病理分析。方法分析肺炎性假瘤发病机理及X线表现。结果炎性假瘤病理可见浆细胞、淋巴细胞等炎症细胞,无恶性表现,易与肺部恶性肿瘤混淆。结论肺炎性假瘤临床特点及影像表现与癌难鉴别,诊断应以术前及术中病理学诊断为依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and pathogenesis of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor. Methods Analyzed the pathogenic characteristics and X-ray findings of the clinical data of PIP cases. Results In pathologic sections of PIP,no malignant changes were seen ,and only inflammatory cells,lymphocytes and plasm cells could be seen by light microscope. It was easy to confuse with malignant tumor of the lung . Conclusion It wsa difficult to differentiate PIP form lung cancer in respect of clinical symptoms and imaging manifestations . The proper kind of lung resection should be determined by preoperative or operative pathological biopsy diagnosis of lung lesion .更多还原
