【摘要】 目的探讨妈富隆(去氧孕烯炔雌醇片)治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血(功血)的疗效。方法对62例青春期功血患者分别采用妈富隆(A组)和结合雌激素倍美力(B组)治疗,观察两组止血时间及效果。结果妈富隆组在显效时间、止血时间及失败率上明显优于结合雌激素组,且副作用小,依从性好。结论妈富隆治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血方法简便,安全性好,疗效显著,副作用少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Marvelon in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding(DUB) in adolescent patients. Methods 62 patients of adolescent DUB were randomly divided into two groups: Group A of 32 patients was treated with Marvelon;Group B of 30 patients was treated with conjugated estrogens(Premarin) and Medroxyprogesterone acetate. The clinical effects and control bleeding time of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Onset time, bleeding-control time and failure rate of group A were significantly better than those of group B; Group A had less side effects and better compliance. Conclusion Marvelon is simple, safe and has significant effect, less side effects in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding.更多还原
