【摘要】 目的探讨重组人血管内皮抑素(恩度)"窗口期"联合化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌的有效性和安全性。方法 30例晚期结直肠癌患者,采用恩度联合FOLFOX4方案化疗,恩度15mg/d,加入生理盐水500mL静滴3～4h,第1～7天,间歇7d重复给药。于应用恩度第4天开始化疗,每两周为1个周期,4个周期后评价疗效。结果 28例患者可评价疗效,平均完成4.3个周期,CR0例,PR12例,SD7例,PD9例。有效率42.9%,疾病控制率67.9%,QOL改善稳定率82.1%。毒副反应主要为食欲不振、乏力。结论恩度窗口期联合化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect and the side effects of endostar combined with FOLFOX4 regimen in advanced colorectal cancer.Methods 30 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were treated by endostar combined with FOLFOX4 regimen.Endostar 15mg/day,joining the NS 500mL,intravenous drip 3-4 hours,1-7 days,intermittent 7 days repeat administration.Three days later started chemotherapy,every two weeks for 1 cycle.The cases were evaluated after 4 cycles.The curative effect and the side effects were evaluated according to RECIST and NCI-CTC criteria.Results 28 cases were averagely treated for over 4.3 cycles.There were 0 case achieved CR,12 cases of PR,7 cases of SD,and 9 cases of PD.The objective response rate(RR) was 42.9%,and disease control rate was 67.9%,the quality of life of 23 cases were improved.Conclusion Endostar combined with FOLFOX4 regimen in patients with advanced colorectal cancer were safe and effective.更多还原
