【摘要】 目的调查与分析我院对围手术期患者的预防使用抗菌药物的现状。方法回顾性调查、分析我院2009年1月—2010年5月间,611例非污染手术的围手术期患者的预防使用抗菌药物的情况。结果 611例病例中,只有5例未使用抗菌药物预防感染,抗菌药物使用率达99.18%;围手术期患者的预防使用抗菌药物不合理用药为598例,占97.87%;平均每例患者多花销在不合理使用抗菌药物上的费用是336.21元。结论我院对围手术期患者预防使用抗菌药物普遍存在不合理使用现象,有关方面必须采取措施,及时加以干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the perioperative antibiotics prophylaxis in Meishan People′s Hospital.Methods Totally 611 case history records of antibiotics prophylaxis in perioperative non-pollution surgery to patients from January 2009 to May 2010 in Meishan People’s hospitals were retrospectively investigated and analyzed.Results There were only 5 cases without perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics in 611 cases.The usage rate of the antibacterial medicine is 99.18%.The 598 cases of irrational antibiotics-use in perioperative period account for 97.87% in total 611 cases.The average cost of irrational antibiotics-use in perioperative period to every patient reached 336.21 yuan.Conclusion The irrational antibiotics-use in perioperative period is general in Meishan People’s Hospital.It should be stopped by administration office of the hospital immediately.更多还原
