预应力锚固体系的试验研究及有限元分析
THE FINITE-ELEMENT ANALYSIS AND EXPERIMENT RESEARCHES OF PRESTRESSED ANCHOR SYSTEM
【摘要】 以预应力锚固技术在工程中的应用为研究对象,在理论与实践研究的基础上,通过试验研究和有限元分析方法相结合,对锚具锚固性能进行研究。依据对锚具进行静载锚固性能试验,测得相关的试验数据,从而为实现运用有限元分析锚具提供必要的数据支持。随后,运用ANSYS软件对锚具进行数值分析,获得在荷载状态下锚环和夹片的相互作用的状况,从而实现对锚具在整个实际张拉条件下的力学变化过程的进一步了解,该研究可为其他工程应用提供一定的指导,并为本研究项目的后续工作:锚固体系进行优化设计及锚具的最优设计方案提供理论依据和试验数据。
【Abstract】 The study objective of this article is the applications of prestressed anchorage technique in engineering.On the basis of research on theory with practice,the article performs experiment and finite element analysis for wedge and anchor ring.By means of static load test,the strain value of wedge and anchor ring can be measured while each load cycle increased,and the stress distribution of each period can be observed.On the basis of experiment,the numerical approach to anchor system will be analyzed by FEM with ANSYS program.The interaction between wedge and anchor ring can be analyzed under the load condition,which shows the whole course in the actual tension condition.So it may be valuable to other engineering.It will theoretically and numerically support follow-up researches into an optimum design and a model of anchor system,which is as effective as possible.
