直接接触式烟气降温减湿节能器的研制与试验分析
The Development and Test Analysis of the Direct-contact Economizer of the Flue Gas Temperature-reducing and Dehumidification
【摘要】 直接接触式烟气降温减湿节能器,是燃气锅炉降耗减排的有效设备。通过对研制配套0.5 t/h燃气锅炉的节能器进行的热工性能测试表明,节能器能将燃气锅炉大部分废气显热和潜热加以吸收利用,能大幅提高燃气锅炉的综合热效率。
【Abstract】 The direct-contact economizer of the flue gas temperature-reducing and dehumidification is the most effective equipment for the gas-fired boiler which can reduce the pollution emission and energy consumption.The thermal performance tests for the development of 0.5 t/h economizer matching gas-fired boiler show that the economizer can absorb and use the most of the sensible heat and latent heat of exhaust gas,and can significantly improve the overall thermal efficiency of gas-fired boiler.
