【Abstract】 In view of the dynamic characteristics of Software development risk,a multi-phases dynamic risk evaluation method was proposed based upon static fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,which adopted Schedule Performed Index and Cost Performed Index from the earned value theory,and evaluation process was described.Finally,practical example result was given to provide the more accurate references for project management.更多还原
