【Abstract】 The under-development of the innovation mechanism has become the limitation of the realization of the "Industrial Province" Strategy of Guizhou.Therefore it is vitally important that innovation be carried out in administration system,the aim of which is to establish a public service mechanism.To assure such innovation be made by local government,several issues related to the planning of mechanism as well as the methods of innovation should be emphasized.更多还原
