Al-Ferron逐时络合比色法在铝溶胶黏结剂聚合形态分析中的应用
Application of Al-Ferron timed complex colorimetric method for quality inspection of aluminum sol binder
【摘要】 将Al-Ferron逐时络合比色法应用于催化剂黏结剂铝溶胶的铝形态分布测定,研究不同特点铝溶胶样品的铝形态分布,考察实验温度、样品稀释浓度和稀释后放置时间等因素对测定结果的影响。结果表明,实验温度、样品稀释浓度、稀释后放置时间对A系列样品的测定结果有影响,而对B系列样品的测定结果几乎无影响。在原有方法基础上,规定了测定样品时的温度(45℃)、浓度(0.000 4mol·L-1)和稀释后放置时间(<5 min)后,使得该方法由于黏结剂铝溶胶体系有较好的可靠性和重复性,可作为铝溶胶质量分析手段。
【Abstract】 Al-Ferron timed complex colorimetric method was applied to study on aluminum species and its distribution in catalyst binders aluminum sol.The effects of Al concentration,placing time after dilution and temperature on the aluminum species were investigated.The experimental results showed that Al concentration, placing time after dilution and temperature had the effects on aluminum species of series A, and little effects on the samples of series B.The method had better reliability and repeatability under the condition of sample testing temperature 45℃,Al concentration 0.000 4 mol ? L-1and placing time after dilution<5 min.Al-Ferron timed complex colorimetric method could be applied to the quality inspection of aluminum sol.
