W、Mn和Ce改性V-MCM-41/堇青石催化剂的制备及其脱硝性能
Preparation and performance of V-MCM-41/cordierite catalyst modified with W,Mn and Ce for DeNOx
【摘要】 以采用水热法合成的介孔分子筛MCM-41为载体,V为主催化剂,添加W、Mn和Ce等助剂,通过涂覆法在蜂窝堇青石(CC)上涂覆制备催化剂,考察助剂对V-MCM-41催化剂采用尿素选择性催化还原NO性能的影响。结果表明,W和Mn能提高催化剂的低温活性,Ce能促进催化剂的高温活性。制备的催化剂V-W-Mn-Ce-MCM-41/CC在(300~600)℃显示了最好的活性,可能是由于其表面丰富而适度的酸性位和无定形活性组分的存在。
【Abstract】 The cordierite honeycomb ceramics (CC) was coated with molecular sieve MCM-41 and V by coating method. A series of monolith catalysts were prepared by adding the addtives W,Mn and Ce. The influence of the addtives on the properties of the catalysts for the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NO by urea was investigated. The results showed that the SCR performance of the catalysts was improved with the introduction of W, Mn and Ce. V-W-Mn-Ce-MCM41/CC catalyst exhibited the optimal NO removalefficiency at (300-600)℃ due to the suitable acidity of the catalyst surface and the existence of amorphous active components.
