二氧化硅负载磷钼杂多酸铵催化合成环己酮乙二醇缩酮
Synthesis of cyclohexanone ethylene ketal catalyzed by silica supported ammonium molybdophosphate catalyst
【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备系列二氧化硅负载磷钼杂多酸铵固体酸催化剂,以环己酮和乙二醇为原料、环己烷为带水剂,合成环己酮乙二醇缩酮,考察催化剂负载量、原料配比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量以及反应时间等因素对反应收率的影响。得到较佳工艺条件:n(环己酮):n(乙二醇)=1:1.5,催化剂用量0.5 g,环己烷用量10 mL,回流反应45 min,产品平均收率97.1%。催化剂重复使用性实验结果表明,随着使用次数的增多,二氧化硅负载磷钼杂多酸铵催化剂催化活性下降,但使用6次后,仍表现出较高的缩酮收率。
【Abstract】 Cyclohexanone glycol ketal was synthesized from cyclohexanone and ethylene glycol using silica supported ammonium molybdophosphate as the catalyst, which was prepared by sol-gel method. The influence of catalyst dosage, molar ratio of cyclohexanone to ethylene glycol, amount of water carrying agent and reaction time on the yield was investigated. The results showed that the product yield of 97.1% was attained under the optimal condition as follows : n( cyclohexanone ) : n( glycol ) = 1:1.5, catalyst dosage 0.5 g, the amount of water carrying agent cyclohexane 10 mL, and reflux time 45 min. The catalyst exhibited higher catalytic activity after being repeated use 6 times.
