某事故煤气管道弯头断裂原因分析
Analysis of one Gas Pipe Elbow Fracture
【摘要】 结合实际事故及发生环境,采用模拟试验及计算推断出煤气管道弯头断裂的原因,结果表明,后建阳台、组装应力和汽车荷载不是均导致弯头断裂的主要因素,弯头断裂是拉应力所致,属于外界腐蚀环境和管道内压共同作用的应力腐蚀断裂破坏。因此,煤气管道在施工过程中应密切关注土层环境对管道的腐蚀作用,作好防腐处理。
【Abstract】 Based on the actual accidents and the happening environment,the simulating experiment is conducted and the causes resulting in gas pipe elbow fracture are analyzed.The results show that illegally-constucted veranda,assembly stress and vehicle load are not the main causes that result in elbow fracture,which resultes from tensile stress,corelation between external corrosion and internal pipe stress.So more attention should be paid on gas pipe corrosion in soil environment and anti-corrosive treatment.
