【Abstract】 Information asymmetry in the student employment market is one of the main reasons for employment difficulty of university graduates.This information asymmetry is most prominent in the relationship between universities and graduate students;universities and employers;employers and graduate students;as well as between different employers and between graduates themselves.Universities can,according to the characteristics of the job market,take a series of measures to ease information asymmetry in the market and promote successful job hunting for university graduates.更多还原
