【摘要】 目的研究番茄红素对老龄大鼠的抗氧化作用。方法选用48只健康老龄SD大鼠按血清MDA含量分层随机分为4组,每组12只,设高、中、低3个剂量组和1个阴性对照组,3个剂量组大鼠分别经口灌胃给相应剂量番茄红素60天后,检测大鼠血清及肝、脑组织匀浆液中过氧化脂质(LPO)含量(以丙二醛MDA含量计)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及肝、脑组织匀浆液中脂褐质(Lip)含量。结果给予番茄红素的受试大鼠的血清、肝组织、脑组织中过氧化脂质(LPO)含量及肝组织的脂褐质(Lip)含量低于阴性对照组(P<0.05),各剂量组大鼠肝组织、脑组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力高于阴性对照组(P<0.05)。结论番茄红素对老龄大鼠具有抗氧化作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the antioxitdant effect of lycopene on aged rats.Methods A total of 48 SD aged rats were randomly divided according to MDA content in serum into 4 groups,including blank control group and 3 dosage groups,with each group containing 12 rats.The lycopene was given by intragastric injection to 3 different dosages for 60 days.After 60 days,the LPO,GSH-Px,SOD in serum,liver and brain tissues,as well as the Lip in liver and brain tissue were detected.Results The LPO contents in serum,liver,brain tissues from lycopene treated dosage groups were significantly lower than those from negative control group,and the Lip contents in liver tissues from the lycopene treated groups were also significantly lower than those from negative control group(P <0.05,0.01).The GSH-Px contents in liver and brain tissues from dosage groups were higher than those from negative control group(P <0.05,0.01).Conclusion Lycopene has antioxidant effect on aged rats.更多还原
