基于CAN总线的物体倾角系统研究
Study on angle measuring system based on CAN bus
【摘要】 针对动力机械倾角的测量问题,利用微机电系统(MEMS)加速度计ADXL202E拾取物体倾角信号。利用独立控制器局域网络(CAN)控制器SJA1000和驱动器TJA1050T实现了倾角信号的CAN总线传输。给出了测量系统的硬件电路和软件设计流程,对实验结果进行了分析。实验结果表明,该倾角系统具有较高的分辨力,俯仰角精度在正负0.6°之内,滚转角在不大于60°时精度在正负0.5°之内。
【Abstract】 The dynamic machine’s angle is measured by micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) accelerometer ADXL202E.The angle signal is transmitted by independent controller area network(CAN) controller SJA1000 and CAN driver TJA1050T.The detail circuit and software program of the system are presented.The experimental result is analyzed. Experimental results show that this system has high resolution ratio,the accuracy of pitch angle is tested within plus or minus 0.6°,and the accuracy of roll angle within plus or minus 0.5°when it is not greater than 60°.
