溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2连续纤维的形貌与结构
Microstructure and Morphology of Continuous TiO2 Fibers Synthesized by Sol-Gel Method
【摘要】 以钛酸丁酯为钛源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出连续多孔TiO2纤维。通过扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪和比表面积测试仪等对产物的形貌和结构进行了表征。结果表明:经500℃热处理的TiO2连续纤维为径向有序的小颗粒密堆积体,晶型为锐钛矿和金红石的混晶,纤维由外而内呈现出层状分布,长度可达几米,直径为20~30μm。TiO2连续纤维为多孔结构,比表面积为26.66 m2/g,最可积孔径为0.94 nm,孔分布较宽。
【Abstract】 Continuous porous TiO2 fibers were synthesized by a sol-gel method using butyltitanate as a precursor.The as-synthesized products were characterized by scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,Fourier trans-form infrared spectroscopy and specific surface area analyzers.The results show that the continuous TiO2 fibers calcined at 500 ℃ are radial ordered aggregates of the dense small grains,and the products are co-crystals of anatase and rutile phases.The fibers have the length of several meters and the diameter of 20-30 ?m.The continuous TiO2 fibers exhibit a layered structure.It is indicated that the continuous TiO2 fibers with the porous structure has the specific surface area of 26.66 m2/g,the most probable pore diameter of 0.94 nm and a wide pore size distribution.
