【摘要】 近年来中国与东盟经济合作取得了突破性发展,但法律合作尚处于起步阶段。法律合作是中国—东盟自由贸易区建设的重要保障,以中国—东盟自由贸易区的现有法律合作机制为基础,通过法律协调途径来推进双方法律合作。创建透明完备的法律体系,整合相关法律,建立中国—东盟自由贸易区争端解决机制,为中国—东盟自由贸易区的发展创造良好的法治环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 China-ASEAN economic cooperation has got a breakthrough in recent years,while the legal cooperation is still at the initial stage.Legal cooperation is an important guarantee for China CAFTA.This paper gives the following suggestions: on the basis of existing legal cooperation mechanism,promote cooperation through a coordinated way;establish a transparent legal system;integrate relevant laws;set up trade-disputes-resolve mechanism,and create a favorable legal environment for CAFTA development.更多还原
