【Abstract】 Since the founding of Siyuan School in minority areas of southern Hainan,with the changes in the environment,the teachers are facing the dual pressures of working adaptation and cultural adaptation.To conduct cultural integration to form an internal culture with a strong sense of identity and cohesion in Siyuan School will promote the professional development of teachers and create good living conditions.Therefore,there should be the school culture which makes all members of the school share the core value constructed on national culture for the promoting of the professional development and positive living conditions of teachers.更多还原
