TTS技术在电视天气预报配音中的应用与设计
Design and Application of TTS Technology on TV Weather Dubbing
【摘要】 利用Microsoft speech SDK开发包,进行语音合成的二次开发,在VB集成环境下,建立天气预报语音合成转换程序,实现实时语音输出及语音波形文件输出,使用天气预报文本转语音的功能,可满足电视《天气预报》配音之要求。
【Abstract】 Using Microsoft speech SDK development kit,the secondary development of speech synthesis was conducted.Then based on VB technology,TV weather speech synthesis conversion program was built up.It realizes the real-time voice output and voice waveform file output.And its text to speech conversion functionality can meet the requirements of TV weather voice dubbing.
